Hunter is a Goju-Ryu Pro-K9 bred and selected pup out of Sunshadows Island. Keith Jones sent me this message with picture.

"Thank-you Josie for finding me the perfect Search Dog from Sumi's first litter. Hunter and I achieved our second goal of becoming a Validated Search Dog Team. ... Hunter has remarkable focus and drive and was outstanding during our obedience trial and search trial. Our obedience was a level 3 off leash with formal retrieve and the wilderness search is a 90-minute search for an undetermined amount of articles. Looking forward to more training and search work."

Goju-Ryu Pro-K9's "Swissgolden Sumis Ahachi-Ko" has left our family!

Our kennel is super proud of our wonderful dog and all of our hard invested team work.
He was evaluated and successfully selected by a recognized security company. He completed his patrol validation for airport security in September 2016.

He will now be serving the public by patrolling the Vancouver B.C. Airport. "Hachi" has also demonstrated the ability to qualify for further training in bomb detection work! At this pace he will soon become a dual purpose dog for airport security.

Very proud of our beautiful, hard working, yet super kind gentleman. Our family will sure miss him, all the best D'hach!!!  Stay tuned for further updates on his progress!
